Music soothes mind

Music is one of the universal languages that connect different people of different ages all around the world. There are different music genres that they choose to listen to.

Listening to music can be the best medicine that can heal psychological problems and it can ease mind and body while you address difficulties in your functional life. I always listen to music because it makes me fearless, help relieve anxiety and puts me on the path towards living stress-free.



I like tuning in to music whenever I feel hopeless or when i'm feeling lonely and mostly when traveling as it puts me into an active mood. It refresh my mind and makes me feel comfortable and less tired, particularly when I am at home resting.

For me, the music I like best is mellow with low beats that can mollify my mind. I do spend most of my time listening to this kind of music instead of having fun with friends and end up not doing unproductive things at the end of the day.

When I am down a bit or tense, I always have a playlist of music with slow rhythms which helps me decrease the levels of stress hormone of which makes me feel calmer, peaceful and more tranquil.

When I feel slightly hopeless and depressed, I always tune in to music as it plays a major role on balancing my emotions. I focus on listening to the lyrics as well as the melody rather than stressing myself with unnecessary things. This make me concentrate on the positive things and live my life to the fullest.

Listening to music morning time and/or tuning in to Radio for the afternoon drive shows best works for me. It supports my brain to function very well and bring about a relaxed sense of consciousness. When feeling exhausted or lonely, I'll either listen to music on radio or watch live musicians on television or stream online to relax my mind.

Music can also arouse your imagination which will make you more creative.
